Studio Booking

All studio sessions at Podcast by SAGE are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. Session duration is measured from the scheduled start time, regardless of actual arrival time.

Walk-in sessions are not available. All bookings must be made in advance through our booking form, WhatsApp, or phone.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows are charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to release your slot if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.

Studio Rules

  • No food or beverages near recording equipment
  • Handle all equipment with care
  • Report any equipment issues to the studio engineer immediately
  • No smoking or vaping on premises
  • Keep noise levels down in common areas during sessions

Liability

SAGE By Azraq is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to the studio. We maintain our equipment to professional standards but are not liable for recording failures caused by factors beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by negligence or misuse during their session.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content recorded during your sessions. SAGE By Azraq does not claim any rights to your recordings, interviews, or produced content.

We may request permission to use brief clips or photos from your session for promotional purposes. This is always optional and requires your written consent.

Payment

Pricing is as listed on our website. Payment is due before or at the time of the session. Prepaid bundles and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior arrangement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
